Prices are for kiln dried, square edged timber all gathered from local sources from windblown, dead or other trees felled for good reason. We are committed environmentalists and aim to plant 1000 new broadleaves every year. In fact, we planted 6,500 native broadleaved trees in winter 2003. Standard stock sizes are 6 to 16ft long, in random widths 6ins to 15ins and sometimes wider. Thicknesses available are usually 3/4, 1, 11/2, 2, 3 and 4 inch but please phone first to check availability. Air-dried timber prices available on request. Defects are generously measured out. We offer a full machining service and will prepare timber from cutting lists. We can now sand your timber too with our wide belt sander.

Many other interesting timbers are held in stock at different times such as cedar, larch, burr elm, fruitwoods, holly, lime and branch-woods. Bags and pallets of off-cuts also available.

Defects are generously measured out so you only pay for quality usable timber. We guarantee your satisfaction.

The higher prices for thicker timber reflect the difficulty and length of time taken to dry these boards.
